R.P.D. Charm as a Reward for Getting All 5 Letters

RPD Charm R.P.D. Charm Can be used as a charm for any gun. Increases firepower when near death.

Getting all 5 Letters of 1998 will allow you to pick up the R.P.D. Charm to the east of Kendo Gun Shop in Raccoon City Center.
