Area: Care Center (3rd Floor) Type: Warped Door This Warped Door is located in the corridor connecting the Attic to the Attic Storage. It contains the Compensator and the Basement Safe Code file. |

Area: Care Center (2nd Floor) Type: Warped Door How to Get: After you exit the Chairman's Office, this Warped Door is found at the left end of the hallway. It contains the Dishwasher's Note and Shotgun Shells. |

Area: Care Center (2nd Floor) Type: Warped Door This Warped Door is located behind the desk in the Records Room. It contains a Raccoon, Handgun Ammo, and a Mixed Herb. |

Warped Door 4
|
Area: Care Center (1st Floor) Type: Warped Door This Warped Door is found in the Pantry accessed from the Kitchen. It contains the Connoisseur Charm. You need to kill the Chef and get the key from him to open the Pantry door. |

|
Area: Care Center (1st Floor) Type: Warped Door How to Get: This Warped Door is found in the small room within the Filing Room. It contains a Handgun Ammo and a Med Injector. |

There are 5 Warped Doors you can open when you play as Leon in the Care Center section.
How to Open Warped Doors
Leon Uses His Hatchet
Leon can open Warped Doors using his Hatchet. Note that only Leon is capable of interacting with these warped closets. Grace lacks the ability and has no tools she can use to force them open.
Warped Door Rewards
Raccoon Trophy and File Trophy Completion
It is highly recommended to find warped closets as they contain useful items such as ammos, clues, and a Raccoon memoriam. This is especially required if you want to complete all Files and Raccoon statues to get the Case Closed and the You Little Rascal! trophy.
