All Quartz Locations and Where to Use
The Quartz quest items are obtained from the Moon, Star, and Sun puzzles in the Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem (RE9). Check out all of the Quartz locations and where to use them in this guide!

Moon Quartz in the Chairman's Office
The Moon Quartz can be obtained by solving the Moon Puzzle in the Chairman's Office on the second floor of the West Wing.
Chairman's Office Puzzle Solution
Sun Quartz in the Lead Researcher's Office
The Sun Quartz can be obtained after solving the Sun Puzzle in the Lead Researcher's Office on the second floor of the East Wing. The puzzle is initially locked, and you have to get the Corrosive bottle from the Conference Room on the same floor to dissolve the lock.
However, a Chunk will block your way to the room, so you'll have to get rid of it. There is also a Zombie Singer in the room that wakes all the zombies there, so you'll have to fight your way through to obtain the Corrosive bottle. You will also get the Leatherbound Notebook after solving the Sun Puzzle which includes instructions on how to open the Organ Transport Box.

Star Quartz in the Security Manager's Office
The Star Quartz is located inside the Star Puzzle vault, but you need Emily to enter the code since it is in braille. After Emily solves the puzzle, she is grabbed by a Shadow Ghost and taken to the Basement. You will obtain the Star Quartz after escaping the Care Center's Basement.
Where to Use Quartz
Opens the Central Hall Door Leading Outside
After obtaining all three Quartz, insert them into the door in the Central Hall to unlock it. This leads to the Care Center's Courtyard, and you will not be able to return to the Care Center's main building. Make sure you have finished all your tasks there, such as collecting all the Mr. Raccoon Memoriams and Charms. Put Emily Down in the Guard Office to continue your exploration before leaving the Care Center's building.
