![]() Michael Warren |
In Grace’s Investigation Report early in the game, one of the names mentioned is M. Warren. This is a reference to Michael Warren, the last mayor of Raccoon City before the city’s destruction. His name appears in files in the original Resident Evil 3. |
![]() Leon's Car's License Plate |
When we first see Leon in a cutscene, his car’s license plate reads ND = 9642. This references all the Resident Evil titles in which Leon is playable: Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 6, and now Resident Evil Requiem (9). |
![]() Like Mother, Like Daughter |
After lockpicking a drawer for the first time as Grace, you will receive the Like Mother, Like Daughter Trophy/Achievement. This is a reference to her mother, Alyssa Ashcroft, who is an expert lockpicker in Resident Evil Outbreak. ▶︎ List of All Trophies and Achievements |

When inspecting the wine bottle in the VIP Suite in the Care Center Courtyard, the label says that the wine was bottled in Chateau Dimitrescu, the setting of Resident Evil Village and the home of one of its antagonists Lady Dimitrescu. |
![]() Mizoil Gas Station |
During the cutscene of Leon driving to Raccoon City, you can see that he passes by the gas station, the same one from Resident Evil 2 Remake where Leon’s Prologue took place. |
![]() Mr. Charlie Dolls |
As you venture through Raccoon City Center, you'll find traces of the Mr. Charlie Dolls from the Resident Evil 3 Remake. The base of the doll is found on the second floor of the RPD, near the stairs outside of the Chief's Office. You can also find a Mr. Charlie head in the middle of the Basketball Court, which you can access after defeating Mr. X. |
![]() S.T.A.R.S. Office Mementos |
There are several references to S.T.A.R.S. and Resident Evil 2 Remake inside the S.T.A.R.S. Office in RPD, including Jill Valentine’s beret and the medical bag, both of which were interactable in the remake. |
![]() Rebecca Chambers' Photo |
You can find a photo of Rebecca Chambers in the Library in RPD. First, you must find the library card in the S.T.A.R.S. Office before you can interact with a book on the upper level of the library. Inside is a copy of Rebecca Chambers’ photo from Resident Evil 2 Remake. |

Inside the Parlor in the West Wing of the Care Center, there is a roulette wheel that gives you 1 Antique Coin if you shoot the roulette table and it lands on that number after spinning. It’s a very RNG-based puzzle, but it’s worth trying if you need an Antique Coin.

Tofu is a secret character that returns from the original Resident Evil 2 and its remake. You can find Tofu in three different spots in the RPD during the Raccoon City Center section: the Reception, West Corridor, and Operations Room.
How to Find the Tofu Easter Egg

You can also find the briefcase of classic Resident Evil character Rebecca Chambers inside the RPD. It is located in the S.T.A.R.S. Office on the second floor. Enter the code RRR on the briefcase to unlock it and receive the Power Shades Charm.

During the game’s Raccoon City Center section, Leon will come across Gun Shop Kendo and experience flashbacks to Resident Evil 2 Remake. You can get Robert Kendo’s shotgun, the W870 Police, inside the storage room. It’s a powerful but easy to miss weapon, so make sure to pick it up.
