How to Get Past the Kids
Lure the Kids Into the Main Hall and Hide Under the Table
In the main hall, the kids will be guarding the door to the Director’s Office. To get past them, let them spot you and chase you, then lure them into the main hall and hide under the table in front of the door. There’s no indicator showing when they disappear, so it’s best to wait 1-2 minutes before crawling out.
How to Hide From the Kids
During the game's Orphanage section, you will be playing as a young Grace clone while being pursued by evil clone kids that will kill you when caught.
There are a total of four encounters of the kids during the section:

Bedroom
When you first encounter the kids in the nursery, run back to your bedroom (the point where you started) and hide under your bed.
Wait for the children to arrive, get interrupted as they search for you, and leave the room before crawling out.
Main Hall
When you reach the main hall, you will hear a thumping sound. Immediately hide under the table in front of the door. Wait for the children to drop down, open the door, and leave before crawling out.
Director's Office
After getting the Hatch Key in the Director's Office, hide and crouch behind the white boxes near the wooden drawer. Wait for the kids to leave the room.
Underground Chapel
Once you have the Fire Poker in the underground chapel, run back to the altar while avoiding the kids. The kid in the center will grab you but let you go. Go through the right side of the altar then interact with the ladder inside the wall to escape them.
