Do Challenges as a set

Instead of trying to complete most of the challenges in one sitting, it's much more feasible to complete a set of challenges at a time to ease the mental burden of trying to complete them all at once.

Below is a guide of the most efficient challenge sets to do.

Casual Difficulty Speedrun Set

Challenge Reward and How to Complete
Speed Demon Reward: 20000 CP
Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours.
Never Touch the Stuff Reward: 35000 CP
Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.
Minimalist Reward: 35000 CP
Complete the main story without Grace using the blood collector.

The objective of this set is to complete the game in under four hours without using any healing items or the blood collector. We recommend playing on the Casual difficulty setting for several reasons.

Speedrun Guide

Enemies Are Easier To Deal With

Enemies are easier to stagger
Most enemies can be staggered with a single shot to their weak point, which gives you enough time to run past them and reach the next area. This lets you rush through certain areas of the game, reducing the amount of ammo you need to collect.

Health Regenerates Automatically

Health Regeneration

If your health drops to the red zone, it will regenerate automatically to the caution state after a few seconds, provided that you don't take additional damage.

Leon's health also restores to full during certain scenario changes, which makes the upcoming fights easier to tackle.

Knives Are More Durable

Knives are more durable

You can swing knives more times before they break, and they won't get lodged in enemies when you use them to save yourself from being grabbed.

Standard Classic Set

Challenge Reward and How to Complete
Rising Agent Reward: 1000 CP
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty.
Resolute Agent Reward: 1500 CP
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty.
The Ol' Fashioned Way Reward: 200 CP
Use an ink ribbon to save at a typewriter.
Master Craftsman Reward: 200 CP
Craft every possible item with Leon. There are 9 craftable items in total.
Bang For Your Buck Reward: 500 CP
Defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot.
Cat Got Your Tongue? Reward: 500 CP
Cut the tongue off a Licker B2 using the hatchet.
Deadly Duet Reward: 500 CP
Defeat the two singers in the main story.
Internal Dispute Reward: 500 CP
Make a zombie attack another zombie in the hospital wards.
Case Closed Reward: 3000 CP
Read all the files in the main story. There are 75 files in total.
You Little Rascal! Reward: 2000 CP
Destroy every Mr. Raccoon memoriam. There are 25 memoriams in total.

The next set is a list of challenges that you can complete during a single Standard Classic difficulty run. Surprisingly, you can earn the Rising Agent challenge during this run, even though the difficulty level is not listed in its description.

The goal of this set is to complete all the challenges efficiently without the need to rush, so feel free to take your time with some of them.

Save Reload Set

Challenge Reward and How to Complete
Credit Where Credit Is Due Reward: 3000 CP
Earn 200,000 credits.
Bloodlust Reward: 10000 CP
Collect 5000 microsamples of infected blood with the blood collector.

This set can be done by loading a save, then progressing either challenge by defeating multiple enemies as Leon or by collecting infected blood as Grace.

Each action progresses the challenge, and reloading a save does not revert your progress, making it safe and easy to complete them.
