Resident Evil Requiem is a single-player game, as officially listed on any storefront you can purchase the game.

Additionally, Capcom has not shown any indication that there will be co-op gameplay in Resident Evil Requiem. All the gameplay showcases so far have been featuring a single-player experience featuring Grace and Leon as playable characters. Dual protagonists, but they have their own separate routes and gameplay style.
