Pay attention to the type of hands that Weeping Trooper has, as this determines what attack it does next. It will only cycle between three types of hands: amp jacks, two prongs, and electric rings.
When its hands are amp jacks, Weeping Trooper will perform an attack pattern on the ground in front of Mario and Luigi. It will inch forward after, and repeat the same pattern to hit both brothers. | |
