    Because I really looked for this info I thought to share this; quick charge brooch became for sale for me after defeating the second lighthouse (colorful sea)

    I am stuck on the Desert Island in the first section trying to get the Quick charge boost, the game does not tell you where to find it and it cannot be purchased in the shop yet meaning either the game devs didn't think of this and we are in a softlock or they didn't think about adding a npc that will give it for a side quest or giving a hint of idea on how to get the accessory in general.

    Can also be found in a box on Skorcheen island late game, after you unlock the bomb ability. The box is located in dr Vulkos lab for which you need the bomb ability to reach.
