    Yeah, I had the Boo Biscuit used and Protectus on. Boo Biscuit saved me from wasting any Protectus Charges, and was still working for their final attack.

    The Boo Biscuit can also be used to take no damage from their final attack

    you don't even need the Protector. I just used the Emergency defense (R button) and it stopped it lol
