Import From Trading Post

Currently, the only way to obtain Blocks is by importing it from another settlement. Blocks cost 16 Regional Wealth per piece when importing.

Not Used in Early Access

As of the Early Access of the game, Blocks can only be obtained from trading, and is currently not used in any building or upgrade.

Blocks may be used in advanced buildings or upgrades in a future update, possibly tied to other Developments.
