The Beekeeping upgrade received the D-Tier rating since there are better alternatives for producing food resources and generating goods for export transactions.

How Does Beekeeping Work

Provides Passive Income of Honey

The Beekeeping upgrade provides access to the Apiary building, which can be constructed to generate Honey for your settlement.

Honey can help increase food variety in your Storehouse and Marketplace, qualifying you to one of the needed requirements to level up your Burgage Plots.

Generate Honey for Export

Honey could also be exported through your established Trading Posts in your settlement.

Unlocks Advanced Beekeeping Upgrade

Unlocking the Beekeeping upgrade allows you access to the Advanced Beekeeping upgrade, which helps produce Wax that can be exported through Trading Posts.
