Build Smithy to Craft Tools

Smithy is a building construct that can forge Tools from Iron Slabs made from Bloomeries. Iron Slabs are converted from Iron Ores, which are mined from Mining Pits established in your settlement.

Unlock Deep Mining Upgrade for Indefinite Period of Resource Extraction

Manor Lords - How to Use Smithy Deep Mining Upgrade

The Deep Mining upgrade from the Industry section of the Development skill tree enables you to collect Iron Ores from Rich Deposits for an indefinite amount of time.

You will first need to unlock the Charcoal Burning upgrade to access the Deep Mining upgrade.

Tools forged from a Smithy can be exported through your established Trading Posts to help increase your Regional Wealth in your settlement.
