The Ravager is a strong enemy machine that is very dangerous at close range, and uses its Energy Cannon if you try to keep your distance. Use a Tearblast Arrow to break away the Cannon to force it to attack up-close. You can also pick up the Energy Cannon and use it against the Ravager, allowing you to deal high damage.
