1/21/2026 Update Release Date and Time
The latest update for Gundam U.C. Engage was released on January 21, 2026, 11 AM Japan Standard Time.

Players will be returned to the title screen at the scheduled update time. As a result, any cooperative battles, Arena, Quests, etc., will automatically be forfeited.
Players are also advised not to play during update time, because any AP or BP spent during the update time will not be refunded.

"Combat Power Augmentation Operation" Event
Players get another chance to obtain large amounts of upgrade materials for their units through the "Combat Power Augmentation Operation" Event.
During this event, players will have to destroy as many enemies as possible to raise their "Score Rank", which will determine the amount of rewards they will get.
The event's difficulty is also welcoming to new players, making this event more accessible for them to clear.
The event and rewards for it will be available until February 4, 2026 at 10:59 AM JST.
Combat Power Augmentation Operation Event
"Battle Rush EX" Event
A challenge for players makes an appearance through the "Battle Rush EX" Event.
Players will have to clear five high-difficulty stages where enemy squads appear to challenge the player.
Completing each stage will reward the player with achievements and rewards tied to those achievements.
Only players ranked 176 and above can participate in the "Battle Rush EX" Event.
In addition to the achievement rewards, there will also be extra pulls as login bonuses for players.
The event and login bonuses will be available until February 4, 2026 at 10:59 AM JST.
Battle Rush EX Event (January 2026)
GQuuuuuuX (Omega Psycommu Activated) and Amate Yuzuriha
The 1/7/2026 update also features UR GQuuuuuuX (Omega Psycommu Activated) as the featured unit for the Event Mobile Suit Unit Assembly. The character banner, on the other hand, has UR Amate Yuzuriha as the featured character.
Their banners will run until February 4, 2026 at 10:59 AM JST.
