Once a humble pilot at the Earth Federation's Torrington Base, Kou Uraki has joined the operation to track down the Gundam prototypes stolen by the Delaz Fleet. But after a run in with Cima Garahau, another Zeon remnant, Kou's GP01 needed repairs and refitting for space combat. With the Gundam GP01 Full Burnern, Kou faces off against multiple enemy pilots in space, up until he once again faces Anavel Gato in the Gundam GP02A at the Earth Federation's 0083 Naval Review.

[C0354] Kou Uraki Review
---
Kou is a highly effective pilot for Red-type Raid mobile suits, offering strong boosts to evasion, damage, and reaction/EX damage. As long as your mobile suit also carries the Prototype, Protagonist Unit, and White Mobile Suit tags, you’ll gain most of the benefits from his abilities. Above all, Kou shines as the ideal pilot for the Gundam GP01Fb, as his buffs compensate for its weaknesses, particularly its limited innate evasion buffs and overreliance on evasion to get buffs in general. If you can't get his mobile suit, Kou himself is an alright investment.

Kou is particularly suited to the GP01Fb, which happens to need his ranged/melee buffs (its own buffs need it to evade hits), evasion buffs (for extra evade chance), and additional trigger-on-evade buffs for reaction and EX damage.
When Kou is in this machine, the GP01Fb becomes a more competent fighter in Arena (mainly thanks to Kou's many ranged/melee sense buffs).
