Cheaters are able to manipulate certain parts of the game in order to make it extremely easy for them to win. Some players claim that cheaters use stat hacks to increase the damage that their units do. Others claim that cheaters use a hack that prevents their enemies from attacking their team.
They are quite common in Arena, especially Elite Arena, as this is where the game's strongest players compete.
To spot them, check your Arena combat history and check out the Battle Log of the battles you have lost.
If you find any anomalies such as your units not attacking, invulnerable enemy units, or suspiciously high damage (especially from non-meta units or units that don't normally do damage), odds are you have encountered a cheater.

Clan Battle is one of Gundam UCE's most anticipated recurring events, but cheaters can be found within the rankings of this game mode, as well as other ranked events. Several players claim that cheaters often top the solo leaderboards and boost their ranking in certain events, such as
If you see any scores that are significantly higher than the rest of the established best players of the game, they are probably cheating. The values vary depending on the event, of course. Additionally, if there are very high scores that belong to accounts with relatively low player ranks, they are also likely to be cheaters.
Before the rankings are finalized, the game will review the rankings and weed out suspected cheaters, giving fair players the rankings they deserve. Of course, it may still be beneficial to report any cheaters you suspect to increase the likelihood of them being cleaned out of the rankings.

Checking a particularly difficult PvE stage's Clear Squad list should help you identify some cheaters.
If a PvE stage is very difficult and cannot be beaten even if you use meta units with good investments, and you see that some players are able to clear with underleveled or non-meta units, that person might be a cheater.
Extra stages tend to be the event's most difficult, so if you find any unbelonging teams that have cleared those, they are likely cheaters.
You can access this list by tapping on the "Clear Squad" button of a PvE stage's battle information screen (the screen that shows your enemies and map terrain before deployment).

There's really nothing you can do other than let the developer know of the issue. Send in a ticket through the game's Support screen, which can be found in the menu on your home screen, and let Bandai Namco know about your experience.
In your ticket, explain what happened in your experience, why you suspect you came across a cheater, along with any evidence you may have. The game will review your case and ban the player should they be confirmed as cheaters.

| 2 | ![]() At the FAQ page, scroll down to the bottom and tap on 'Support.' From there, tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions and then tap on the 'Support Form' button. |
| 3 | ![]() On the Support Form, select 'Report Violation' from the category drop-down box and then fill in your account details. |
| 4 | ![]() Input the time and date the cheating occured, attach screenshots or videos of said cheating incident, and then explain in the 'comment' box what happened during the incident. |
| 5 | ![]() Review your ticket and then tap on 'Send' to officially send in your report. |

Cheaters tend not to get high scores in ranked leaderboards; they tend to top them as well. In Elite Arena, a cheater ranking first place robs the rightful winner of the season of that special title, Ace of Aces, which is something that many elite players strive, spend, and grind towards, given its prestige. This is something reported numerous times by some of the top players, often those who have been robbed of the title themselves.
The same idea applies to other rewards in ranked game modes, as the rightful winners get fewer rewards than they are supposed to because of the cheaters.
