The Level Cap in Gundam UCE determines the maximum level a player and their mobile suits and pilots can reach. Read on to find out whether the level cap goes up, when it does go up, and what to do when the level cap rises.

In Gundam UCE, all players, mobile suits, and pilots are limited by a Level Cap, which sets the maximum level they can reach.
As of this writing, the Level Cap is 195, and it increases by 5 levels during the first week of each month, usually through a patch released alongside that week’s newest mobile suit and pilot.
This means that a player’s rank, as well as the levels of their mobile suits and pilots, cannot exceed Level 195 until the cap is raised.

If you are already at the max Player Rank and you play Gundam UCE's various game modes, you will earn Grand Coins
If the Level Cap rises, it means you will have to raise your Player Rank by 5 levels again so you can keep grinding for Grand Coins. Don't do just dailies; push through the main quest, participate in events, and play PvP to catch up.
How to Raise Your Player Rank Fast

Just like with player rank, your top mobile suits will no longer be at their max levels either if you had them there the month before.
You will want to put leveling materials toward them to top up their levels (and catch up with other players doing the same if you're active in PVP).
How to Strengthen Your Mobile Suits Guide

Once you've hit the level cap again for your player rank and mobile suit/pilot levels, you will be able to grind for Grand Coins again.
As we mentioned, grinding the main quest and other game modes will give you Grand Coins equivalent to how much AP you spent doing the missions. You can then use these to buy mobile suit blueprints and character pieces for any units you still need copies of.
