| ① | When you return to the Mushroom Kingdom, you’ll find it under attack. During the chaos, you’ll face off against Shymores - a quick way to handle them is by using Mallow's Thunderbolt, which can hit multiple enemies at once and clear them out efficiently.

| ② | Head to the house on the left side of the Mushroom Kingdom, where a family is under attack by Shymores. Defeat the enemies downstairs, then rescue their child upstairs. As thanks, they’ll reward you with a Flower Tab!

After speaking with the Chancellor in the castle, Mallow will be located just outside the inn; speak with them to learn their story. They will join your party afterwards!

After returning from Bandit's Way, you will find that the Mushroom Kingdom has been invaded by Shy Guys that are led by Claymorton. Defeat them to reclaim the castle and secure the first Star Piece.
How to Beat Claymorton and Rewards

The player will need to have returned to the Mushroom Kingdom from Marrymore after saving Peach from Booster to have access to this minigame. Talk to the Beetle Mania Toad in the Inn located in Mushroom Kingdom and the minigame will be offered for purchase for 500 coins. It is treated like a separate game to play for fun, since it yields no rewards regardless of the player's score.
