In Seaside Town (after beating Speardovich), there is a Mushroom Boy that gives items when you give him mushrooms. One of the items that he might give is a Rock Candy.

The damage for this item can be boosted by 1.5x when one of the items listed below is applied. Do note that It should be noted that these boosts do not stack and only one boost can be applied.
Rock Candy is an Attack Item and is used against enemies. This item can't be used outside of battle.
