What Does the Safety Badge Do?

Prevents Mute, Scarecrow, Fear, Mushroom, Sleep, and Poison

Equipping the Safety Badge prevents your character from receiving the following negative status effects: Mute, Scarecrow, Fear, Mushroom, Sleep, and Poison.

The accessory also raises the wearer's Defense and Magic Defense by 5 points.

You can get the Safety Badge from the treasure chest near the save point inside the Sunken Ship. Note that you need to defeat the Whuhoh first to get the accessory.
