At the beginning of the battle, Demogorgon will have its humongous eye out in the open. Shoot it with your Gun as this is its main weak point.

After shooting its big eye, Demogorgon will close it and you will have to find the weak spots. It will appear on screen eventually. Shoot them to open the big eye again.

After this, its big eye will open again. Shoot it and defeat Demogorgon.
