Old Droids and Turret Droids are usually found together in the Wasteland. Turret Droids will focus in attacking you with range attacks while the Old Droid attacks you with strong melee attacks.

It is better to take out the Turret Droids first to disable their attacks earlier. It has relatively lower health than the Old Droid so Beta attacks or a combo should be good to defeat it.
