This nano suit can be obtained from a locked container underwater in the Great Desert Oasis. The passcode to this container can be obtained south of the center of the Great Deset, from a body in a small room.

To get inside the room with the passcode, navigate along a large nearby wall and look for a ledge that will raise Eve upward when climbed. From there, you will have to do a bit of platforming via swinging bars and floating platforms.

At the end of the path you will find a room which contains the passcode to the locked container for the nano suit.
