It’s west of Daroonas house go past the heard of dewbacks there is a ramp. Boost ramp to other side. Should come to basically to a two way. One is a dead end other way you climb there will be two or three massiffs in this two way. Climb up you’ll hear stormtroopers all the way one of them is at the door.
I can’t tell if I just can’t find it or if it’s bugged. How do I get to it? I rode my speeder over the bridge jump thing and am in front of a round door. I can’t tell what to do now or where to go
It's really annoying because I wasted so much time on this, thinking I didn't complete it, but I did. It won't resolve for me even after finding everything.
This quest wasn't bugged, it's just difficult to get to.
The Daroona house and Gorge jump are the key. Jump the gorge due West of the Daroona house, follow the gorge till you see a fork in the road/path. Dead in front of you should be some Imperial Stormtroopers up on a ledge. You'll find the "Abandoned Hideout" here and is also called The Smugglers Refuge treasure location.
- Go to the manage contracts section on any terminal and cancel all existing space contracts. This solved the problem for me. I was then able to just fast travel with the Trailblazer to the landing pad location. The cut scene started right after that. Hope that helps.

Got the intel and found the hideout, but abandoned hideout quest stays open
Abandoned Hideout Quest will not clear, despite finding the Hideout and collecting all treasures.

I did the hideout after I jumped the ravine with my speeder before I got the intel. After I got the intel and visited again there was nothing new there, but the quest stayed open and unresolved.
Is it that players can't find the hideout to the west or they found it, got the intel and the quest stays open?
