All pieces of the Kijimi Explorer Gear Gear Set are rewarded to you for reaching Max Reputation with the Ashiga Clan.
To raise reputation with Ashiga Clan without damaging reputation with another faction, do Contracts for them and don't betray them at the end of the contract.
