Place the Red Jewel on the Unicorn door to gain access to the Parlor Room on the ground floor of the West Wing in the Care Center. The Parlor Room will give you access to the Coin Cabinet and the Roulette Wheel.

Examine the Unicorn Trinket Box and rotate it to locate a button on the back. Press the button to unlock the box and obtain the Red Jewel inside.
