Head to the Care Center's Bar and Lounge, located in the West Wing, and find the S&S M232 at the counter. There are enemies in the area, including a Banshee-like enemy that screams from afar and disorients your aim.

To safely grab the S&S M232, distract the enemy to another area of the room. Use a bottle if you have one; if not, you can grab a bottle from the Dining Room.
From the doorway leading into the Bar & Lounge, throw the bottle to the furthest corner from the bar. Wait for the enemies to inspect the noise, then crouch and sneak your way behind the bar.
Another option, which will also make it easier for you to explore the area later, is to eliminate the enemies in the Bar & Lounge. This is highly recommended if you still have ammo for the Requiem.
Lead all the enemies to bottleneck at the door and shoot them with the Requiem to kill all the enemies in one go. You need to be careful when doing this since the Zombie Singer can stun you if you are too close.

| An incredibly reliable handgun. Grace bought it for self-defense with her first paycheck. Developed in 1977 as a service pistol and updated in 1996. While not an FBI standard-issue, Grace adopted it for personal use due to its compact design. | ||

After doing some testing, it looks like the S&S has a significantly faster recovery time after firing compared to the B934. I measured recovery frames as the number of frames which the "crit dot" is not visible after firing, the last frame counted being the one before the dot returns. I did this while stationary for 6 rounds with Grace's S&S pistol and the B934. I also calculated the approx recovery time in seconds by dividing the frames by the framerate.
