Fated Land Walkthrough

Objective 1: The Apparition of Ryotan Temple

# Walkthrough
1
Head to Ryotan Temple, located north of Iinoya. Ii Naotora will be waiting at the temple gate for you to talk to.
2
Join Ii Naotora and make your way into the main temple. Just past the gate is a shrine you can pray to.
3
Follow the paved path into a house. There will be a few yokai inside to watch out for. Go through the house and out the other side into a courtyard with a bell. You can ring the bell to weaken nearby yokai temporarily!
4
Head around the building across the courtyard and use a pile of hay bales to get into the house. Explore the house carefully as there are other yokai inside. You can also find another shrine inside.
5
To the right of the hallway with the shrine is a large room where a powerful Magatsu Warrior is located. Defeat it to proceed.
6
Head outside to a larger courtyard, past the bamboo wall and head to the right or northward, where a group of yokai have surrounded a ladder going up to another bell.
7
Go into the room by the bell and up two sets of ladders to a room with a hole in the wall. You can get onto the roof of the next building through there.
8 From the roof, head left to find a ladder leading down to the other side of the house. If you go into the house, you can find a door that opens right into the hallway with the shrine from before. There is also a yokai door in the courtyard that leads to a hot spring if you bow to it.
9
Cross the three wooden bridges in the courtyard and turn right at the ladder. The path converges from here, pick the leftmost path that goes upward to some stone steps.
10
This path will lead you through a small cemetery full of gravestones and some yokai. Beat the yokai and head up the stone steps to the right. Halfway up the steps is a shrine.
11
Opening the doors at the top of the stairs will lead to a cutscene and a fight with Ryomen Sukuna. This boss has two bodies connected back-to-back, making attacks from behind impossible. Watch out for his spinning attack and keep your distance!
▶︎ How to Beat Ryomen Sukuna
12 After defeating Ryomen Sukuna, talk to Ii Naotora to complete the mission.
