Nioh 3 True Samurai of Kamakura 1
Head to Mt. Kurama, north of the Heian map. You can fast travel to the Mt. Kurama - Temple Lodgings shrine and head south from there. Talk to Shizuka Gozen at the temple.

Nioh 3 True Samurai of Kamakura 2
Fast travel to the Matsuo-taisha: Monastic Cave shrine in Sagano and go north to the seal in Matsuo-taisha Shrine. Talk to the ghost floating amongst the corpses there.

From the Matsuo-taisha Shrine: Great Torii shrine, you can go through the main entrance of the property and up two flights of stairs to find Kujiwara Kagetoki and two yokai.

After defeating the yokai, speak with Kujiwara Kagetoki, who will join you for the mission. Go back out the gates and south to the cave path that leads around the side of the mountain.

When you get past the first bridge and the two yokai on the ledge, turn right at a lit entrance carved into the wall. Another yokai is guarding this entrance.

Inside this cave is the yokai, Waira, whom you'll have to defeat.
7 After beating the Waira, go back to the plaza where the seal in Matsuo-taisha Shrine is. Speak with Kajiwara Kagetoki once you're there.

You'll have to fight Kajiwara Kagetoki himself after talking to him. His movesets are simialr to your first fight with him during the Heian Befouled mission.
