How to Unlock Headaches
Unlocked After Completing Fated Land Myth
After you've completed the Fated Land myth, Headaches will automatically unlock.
Headaches Walkthrough

| 1 |  Go to the Hamamatsu Castle and speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu. |
| 2 |  On Tokugawa Ieyasu's request, head to the village south of Futamata Road, near the Silver Grass Meadow shrine. |
| 3 |  From the shrine, follow the road south into an area covered in the twisting yokai trees that had destroyed most of the houses. Head inside the only intact house by the road and interact with the corpse in there. |
| 4 | Head back to Hamamatsu Castle and consult with Tokugawa Ieyasu and Hattori Hanzo. |
| 5 |  Use the Hamamatsu Castle - East Gate shrine and head west into the castle grounds. The Nuppeppo yokai will be up a slope to the right. |
| 6 |  Nuppeppo will attempt to roll away as you attack it. Follow closely, but melee attacks are deflected while it's rolling. You can use ninja skills to deal damage from a safe distance. |
| 7 | Once you've chased Nuppeppo into a corner of the castle grounds, it will start fighting back. This is when you can deal damage with other attacks and defeat it. |
| 8 |  The Nuppeppo will drop a Yokai Gallstone when defeated. You can enter the Eternal Rift, talk to the blacksmith, and use Forge Tools to create a Ghostly Gall. |
| 9 | Fast Travel back to Hamamatsu Castle and give the Ghostly Gall to Tokugawa Ieyasu. Talking to Hattori Hanzo and Tokugawa Ieyasu each will complete the mission. |
