On the west side of Tokaido, right outside the walls of a village, will be ghost hovering over a corpse that you can interact with to start the Insatiable Hunger mission.

Nioh 3 Insatiable Hunger 1
Head to the Ferry east end of Tokaido and find stack of hay bales in between two houses. Go through the gap in the stack and interact with the corpse there.

Nioh 3 Insatiable Hunger 2
Retrace Taro's steps by going southwest of the ferry, to a group of houses in the forest. You'll find the giant yokai, the Gaki Chief, that you have to defeat.

Nioh 3 Insatiable Hunger 3
After you defeat the Gaki Chief, explore the houses in the area. There's a chest and a ghost in one of the houses you must talk to. After you speak with the man, the mission will be complete!
