Talk to Matsunaga Hisahide in the Eternal Rift after The Battle of Saigagake

Nioh 3 The Value of Perfection Unlock

After completing The Battle of Saigagake, head to the Eternal Rift and go into the building to the right, near Hattori Hanzo's corner, and talk to the man sitting inside named Matsunaga Hisahide.

Select Yes to Continue the Tale

Talking to Matsunaga Hisahide for the first time will introduce the Clan Battles, Trade, and Pledge gameplay, and talking to him again will bring up the 'A Myth is in progress' prompt. Select 'Yes' to unlock The Value of Perfection myth.

1 Matsunaga Hisahide will ask you for celadon tea bowls near Heian-kyo's Nishiichi area.

Nioh 3 The Value of Perfection 2
You can find the Gorgeous Celadon Tea Bowl in the border of Hachijo and Nishiichi, behind a pile of boxes on the lower end of the large, broken bridge.
3 Deliver the pottery to Matsunaga Hisahide in the Eternal Rift. You may offer him other Celadon items you might have found, such as the Beautiful Celadon Tea Bowl, but he will only let you complete the mission after you give him the Gorgeous Celadon Tea Bowl.
