How to Unlock Reforge
Complete Memories in the Blade
To unlock Reforge, you must complete the Memories in the Blade myth/side mission. This is unlocked after completing The Age of Clans Begins main mission, and then speaking to the Fox-masked Blacksmith back in the Eternal Rift.
Tasked to find and deliver three blades back to base, you will unlock the Reforge mechanic once you return all three to the Blacksmith.

Change Equipment Special Effects
In the Reforge menu, you can customize your weapon or armor’s special effects to suit your preferences. However, some equipment effects are locked and permanently tied to the item, but any unlocked effects can be changed.
Select the effect you want to modify, then browse the available options in the middle menu to choose a replacement. Stances, stats, or skills you do not use, or effects that only work when (Critical) are good choices to start modifying.
After selecting a new effect, the required Materials and Gold will be displayed. If you meet the requirements, you can proceed with the reforge.
