How to Unlock The Great Shogun of the Heian Era
Complete the Headaches Myth
The Great Shogun of the Heian Era unlocks automatically after you complete the Headaches mission.
The Great Shogun of the Heian Era Walkthrough

| 1 | Head to Hamamatsu Castle and speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu. You can prioritize this myth in the Progress Menu to make sure you will trigger the correct dialogue. |
| 2 |  Fast travel to Lake Sanaru's Waterside shrine. From there, head east up stone steps and through a bamboo forest. |
| 3 |  In front of the shrine hall, you'll run into the yokai Onryoki. This yokai is large and has quick, jumping movements you should watch out for. Defeat Onryoki to proceed. |
| 4 |  Go inside the hall and jump down the hole into the cave below. You can follow the path downward, then to the left where a Spirit Vein can be traversed to the other side. |
| 5 | From the Spirit Vein, head up the stairs and into a small room where an empty shrine is located. Offer the Candle Dish that Tokugawa Ieyasu gave you to this shrine. |
| 6 | Go back to Hamamatsu Castle and talk to Tokugawa Ieyasu again to complete the mission. |
