Talk to the ghost of a man leaning against a tree a few paces to the left of the shrine in Cape Cavern, south of Tokaido, to unlock this mission.

Nioh 3 Desecrated Hot Spring 1
After accepting the mission, head into the cave just past the shrine and marked by a torch. This cavern will lead you straight to the hot springs.

Nioh 3 Desecrated Hot Spring 2
Inside the hot springs will be six yokai in total. One yokai is right by the entrance, another inside the house, three more along the paved road and the last one at the hot springs itself.

After defeating all the enemies, talk to the ghost that will appear at the hot spring to conclude the mission.
