Talk to the ghost of a man on the incline right by the river, near the bridge and Hamamatsu Gate, to unlock this mission.

Nioh 3 A Drop of Hope 1
From the starting point, follow the road south until you come across a camp of Outlaws. Defeat all enemies at the camp and retrieve the medicine from one of the corpses by the campfire.

Nioh 3 A Drop of Hope 2
Head south into the town by Hamamatsu Post. The man's family lives in a house just south of the road from the Hamamatsu Post - Terrace shrine. Defeat the Yoki guarding the front of the house.

Nioh 3 A Drop of Hope 3
After defeating the yokai, head inside and investigate the man's house. Interact with the corpse left behind by the wife.
4 The man's ghost will also appear afterwards. Talk to the man to complete the mission.
