Unlocked During Escape From Hitokoto Slope
During the tutorial mission, you will borrow Guhin from Yagyu Munenori, though the Guardian Spirit is not usable at that time. After completing the tutorial and moving on to the next mission, Escape From Hitokoto Slope, Guhin will automatically be added to your Guardian Spirit collection.
If you selected Kusanagi's Samurai variant at the rift just before this, you must swap to Guhin at a Shrine, as your character will have Kusanagi set on the Ninja slot by default.

Guhin delivers a sword strike that extends its range forward, hitting enemies with Wind damage from range.

Unleash a flurry of Wind slashes in front of you, dealing multiple hits of Wind damage to enemies directly ahead.
Guhin Playstyle and Uses
Guhin is a balanced choice for Samurais, especially in the early game. It provides solid defensive bonuses, and the faster winded recovery helps you take less damage while you are still learning to manage your Life and Ki.
Its skills are also reliable and easy to use. Eight-Handed Blade delivers a strong flurry of damage, while Tree Slicer gives you a quick ranged option for damage.
