At the end of Escape From Hitokoto Slope, the game’s second main mission, you will automatically obtain Shin-Roku after defeating Yamagata Masakage and watching the cutscenes. You can then equip this Guardian Spirit at any Shrine.

Shin-Roku calls down lightning in a wide area of effect, dealing damage to all enemies caught within its range.

Leap upward with a lightning kick and follows up with with a stomp. This attack deals lightning damage twice in a small area in front of you. The skill can be used while mid-air.
Shin-Roku Playstyle and Uses
Shin-Roku is good to bring for general exploration thanks to its Nigitama Sensor special effect, which helps you locate collectibles such as Kodama and Scampuss. Its additional bonuses improve damage, healing, and overall survivability, all good for running around the map.
The timing is perfect since you get Shin-Roku when you gain access and get to explore the first open area of the game, the Warring States.
Its skills offer reliable Lightning-based attacks that enhance mobility and deal AoE damage, making them effective against both bosses and groups of enemies that are weak to lightning.
