What are Medals?

Unlock Medals to 100% the Game!

Medals are unlockable achievements in Miitopia! You unlock medals by crossing certain milestones or accomplishing tasks in the game, so you can use Mdeals to help track your way towards 100% completing the game. All Mdeals can be viewed in Records through the Menu. There are a total of 273 medals in Miitopia for the Nintendo Switch, an increase from the 259 medal total in the 3DS version.

Gold medals are more rare

There are two types of Medals: Gold and Silver. The Gold Medals are more rare, with only less than 10 total, but they offer no accompanying reward.

After you've beaten the Darker Lord, the Town Guide in the Traveler's Hub will let you know how much percent of medals you still need.
