| Warm Up can double the effects of both attacks and healing, making it a perfect match for slow Jobs. Prepped and Ready is also good for the early game when HP Bananas and MP Candies are scarce. |
Warm Up will cause the user to move after all other characters, a demerit in and of itself, but when paired with a Job which is already expected to be slow, only the merits of the Quirk remain. This makes the Cautious personality a good pick for Jobs like the Tank, which has a set Speed of 0.
Prepped and Ready will allow you to heal when you do not have recovery items, and is highly recommended for the early game, when there are few items to go around. That said, the Thief Job is able to steal healing items, cancelling this effect, so it does not mesh well with the Cautious Personality.
