Open 'Party' in the Menu

If you want to change your Mii's personality, open the Menu and select Party.

Select Which Mii You Want to Change Its Personality

Then, select which Mii you want to change its personality. Remember that some personalities work well with certain Jobs, so always put the Mii's Job into account when changing their personality.

Once you've chosen a Mii, select Change and then Personality. Pick the personality you want the Mii to change into and you're done!
