Unsurprisingly, the best food in Miitopia are classified as Very Rare Grub, as they give a stronger buff to stats. You will need to defeat pink Snurps to obtain the best Grub in the game, Snurp Radish. The Roaming Gourmet found in every region of the map also gives out great Grub options. Below is a list of the best food, in terms of providing stat buffs, among the Very Rare Grub.

The Roaming Gourmet Mii is found in most regions of Miitopia. In each region, the Roaming Gourmet will give you 3 servings of a Grub special to that region. These Grub are Very Rare, so you're not likely to find them as rewards, except for at the Roulette Wheel.

Farm if roulette wheel is mostly blue

The Roulette Wheel's blue section lists as a reward a random selection of Grub you've already obtained previously in your adventure, so there's a chance the Very Rare Grub from the Roaming Gourmet will appear here. If it does appear in the blue section and the roulette wheel is mostly blue, that would be a good time to farm the Very Rare Grub.
