Laid-back can increase the skill damage of any Job by using Get Serious, as well as suppress MP consumption by Slack Off. It is compatible with Jobs such as Mages and Scientists, who consume a lot of MP. Just remember that using Laid-back comes at the risk of annoying allies and dividing your team.
