Flowers take on the same role as healers much like Clerics. Unlike Clerics, however, they possess higher HP and defense growth rates, and are therefore more capable of taking hits.

The Flower is a versatile Job that can act both as a support role and tank due to its capabilities to soak damage from enemies.

Removes Status Ailments from Allies

As you reach the second-half of the story, you will encounter more enemies that can inflict a variety of annoying status ailments. The Flower can learn the Restoring Whistle skill to remove status ailments from its allies and restore them back to their normal state.

Choose 'Energetic' or 'Cautious'

Choosing the Energetic personality will help you support your team by restoring their MP. The Cautious personality also allows you to increase the effectiveness of your abilities in exchange for being the last party member to act in a turn. It is important to note that Flowers have one of the slowest speed in the game so the drawback of the Cautious personality is practically negligible.
