With this weapon's incredibly high Max Atk, raising that stat should be the top priority. Get the Attack Power + and Weapon Ability Critical Hit Rate skills as they become available. Additionally, we recommend picking up the Guard Damage Reduction skills as well.

Some of this information is incorrect. The "fully upgraded" attack and magic don't seem to include the bonuses from Sub-Core IV. Fully upgraded, Attack is 121 and Magic is 64. I checked this in my own game, and the math on this page also supports those numbers.
