Strike a balance by upgrading attack and magic attack
This weapon makes use of both physical attack and ninjutsu magic, so prioritize leveling up both of those stats. After that, elemental damage boost, Bloodsucker, and Precision Defense ATB Boost are the next skills you should prioritize.
Get the AP Up Weapon Upgrade First
As leveling up your Materia with AP is highly necessary in the INTERmission DLC, you'll want to unlock the AP Up upgrade first to ensure you are getting as much AP as possible on all Materia throughout the game. This upgrade increases the AP yield for all Materia equipped by both Yuffie and Sonon, so it's one of the best ways to farm AP available in the DLC.
