Lets you make the most out of the Elemental Materia

This weapon has access to elemental buffs, which allow you to pair magic materia with the elemental materia and exploit enemy weaknesses to deal massive damage. After upgrading the elemental-based buffs, you should aim for the MP regen and reduced MP cost (healing spells) upgrades. Afterward, a balance of attack/magic attack stats, speed, and materia slots should be the next priority.
