Great for making Tifa into a primarily magic-based attacker
Of all Tifa's weapons, this one has the highest magic attack stat, and its skills also revolve around magic ability. Pick up the ATB charge upgrade as soon as it becomes available, then prioritize magic attack, MP boosts, and materia slots. If you have extra SP, upgrading physical attack and HP certainly won't hurt her.
