Wondering if anyone knows how to farm the grunge bandit to use the steal materia and have him give you the champions belt.. i keep seeing sector 6 but Im confused as to where exactly I can find the grunge bandit.

    I found a Grungy Bandit along with Beck, Butch and Burke when going through the Collapsed Expressway for the second time in Chapter 13.
